Breakfast is a very necessary meal of our routine but due to some reasons, most of us skip our breakfast which affects our brain too. People who skip breakfast suffer from Low Blood Pressure Suger levels. which leads to the insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. So don’t skip your morning meal ever.
At least sleep of 6 hours is necessary for everyone. Sleep allows our brain activities to rest. Long-time sleep deprivation or insomnia leads to the death of brain cells leading to weak memory.
Overeating causes the hardening of the brain’s arteries (vessels that carry blood to the brain). This leads to low mental power. So avoid overeating.
Brain is the largest consumer of oxygen in our body. It gets oxygen through the oxygenated blood . If you live in a polluted environment which leads to the Inhaling of polluted air. This leads to decrease in Oxygen supply to brain. Leads to loss in its efficiency.
If you are a smoker so beware. smoking impacts this sensitive part in the worst way. Smoking causes Brain Shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer’s Disease.
